Please join us for our Sprints and Hurdles Camp taught by our Maryville Track and Field Coaching Staff. The Maryville Track & Field program has had a record breaking year and we are here to give back to our track community! The camp includes learning proper warmup routines, how to sprint properly through various sprinting drills, block starts, relay exchanges, hurdle drills for hurdlers, and also includes a section on injury prevention. The goal is that you walk away faster than when you came!
